I/we accept that all materials provided for preview / evaluation are strictly confidential and not to be discussed, shared or distributed with anyone else. The materials remain on the market at this stage, so exclusivity is not yet implied or obligated.(Required)

I/we understand that a formal LOI is necessary to trigger further legal compliance that warrants sharing, discussion, shopping and negotiations of the IP/materials/pitch proposals further, or with any other parties. (Required)

I/we understand that the script property will only be removed from industry circulation (taken off the market) once negotiations are made binding by receipt of a non-refundable security deposit and initial exchange of draft contracts.(Required)
